Entry and Exit


HOW DO I GET ENTRY TO MY UNIT?
Storage units located on our ground floor are accessible 24/7 using the “Storage Smart Entry” app. Before your move in date, you will receive a text message to your mobile phone with instructions on how to set this up. It will require the download of a Storabl app from either the Apple or Android app stores. Downloading the app and gaining access is simple, but if you are in any doubt, we recommend moving in on a weekday, where we can be reached on the phone for any queries.

Storage units that are located on our 1st Floor are available to be accessed 7 days a week during business hours only (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00, Sat 10:00-16:00, Sun 10:00-15:00). You will need to download the “Storage Smart Entry” app to control the roller shutter entrance to the facility. On your moving in day simply bring your own padlock - combination or key type or maybe something with fingerprint release whichever you prefer.



HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE APP?
Follow the instructions on the text message sent to you, which will take you to the Apple or Android app stores, depending on which device you have.

I DON’T HAVE AN APPLE OR ANDROID DEVICE. CAN I STILL GET ACCESS?
Yes you can, though you will need to use a Fob on ground floor units which requires a deposit payment. Call us on 01724 454 704  if you require one, either before or after booking your room. 

WHY WON’T THE DOOR OPEN FOR ME?
Make sure the location on your telephone is switched on.  If the entry door is still not opening please contact us on 01724 642047.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN?
Our storage facility is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our Ground Floor storage units are accessible 24/7 using the “Storage Smart Entry” app. Storage units located on the 1st Floor are accessible during the business hours below.
 * Monday-Friday: 08:00-18:00
 * Saturday: 09:00-16:00
 * Sunday: 10.00-15:00
 * Bank Holidays: 10:00-14:00 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I’M IN MY UNIT AFTER CLOSING TIME?
You can exit your unit and the Storabl facility using the control panel inside.

WILL THERE BE ANY EMPLOYEES ON SITE WHEN I ARRIVE?
We normally have staff on site weekdays from 9am to 5pm. If you need assistance at the weekend, this can be arranged.

Packing and Unloading my stuff

IS THERE ANYONE ON SITE TO HELP ME UNLOAD OR LOAD MY STUFF?
While employees are sometimes on site, you should always plan to unload and pack your items yourself.  Trolleys are available to use.

HOW CLOSE CAN I PARK TO MY UNIT?
Depending on car park availability, you will be able to park directly outside the building. It is then a short walk into the facility and to your unit.

ARE THERE ANY TROLLEYS AT THE SITE TO AID WITH UNLOADING/PACKING?
Yes, we have trolleys available for customer use. Please return them to the trolley store area when you've finished with them.

I NEED BOXES AND PACKING MATERIALS. DO YOU SELL THEM?
Yes, we can have these delivered to you at home or you can collect from the storage facility.

Booking my unit


CAN I BOOK ONLINE?
Yes you can. Simply follow the online instructions and you can complete your booking.

CAN I BOOK BY PHONE?
Yes, we can take bookings over the phone. Please call 01724 454 704.

WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE THERE?
You can pay using any major debit or credit card, including American Express.

CAN I CANCEL BEFORE I MOVE IN EVEN THOUGH I’VE SENT YOU MY PAYMENT DETAILS?
Yes you can. To cancel your booking, either log in to your Storabl account online, or call us on 01724 454 704. You will not be charged if you cancel before your move in date.

CAN I CHANGE MY PAYMENT CARD?
Yes you can. Log into your Storabl account, click on 'View Payment Details' and add a new card.

Moving out


I WANT TO MOVE OUT AND/OR CANCEL FUTURE PAYMENTS. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO?
The quickest way to move out is to log into your Storabl account online and cancel. If you require any assistance, call us on 01724 454 704.

I WANT TO MOVE OUT IMMEDIATELY. CAN I GET A REFUND ON PAYMENTS MADE TO DATE?
You can move out at any time (subject to opening hours). However, payments are made monthly in advance and are non-refundable.
